Small on purpose. No layers.

Felia Solutions is a small, independent Magento consultancy based in Vantaa, Finland, founded in 2023 by Tuan Dinh and Cuong Tran. Both are Magento specialists with over a decade of experience. But Tuan focuses more on the technical side: he does every assessment and every fix himself. And Cuong focuses more on the business side: contracts, invoicing and scheduling.

Those years taught us one thing above all: most shops that look like proof that "Magento is slow" are suffering from how they were built, not from the platform. Over-fetching storefronts, caches that disagree with each other, modules bought for one feature and bent to fit, infrastructure nobody ever sized properly. It's fixable, but only once someone measures it.

So that's how we work. We start with a fixed-price assessment that tells you whether it's the platform or the build, and what fixing costs against what leaving costs. If you want to continue, the fixes come in fixed-price steps with results you can measure. We don't take over from your agency and we don't sell migrations, which is why you can trust the verdict either way.
